Cancel Pro

On iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then NineBrains, then Cancel Subscription.

On Android

Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then NineBrains, then Cancel.

You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If you are in the 7-day free trial and cancel before it ends, you are not charged. Today’s five stay free either way.

Restore a purchase

New phone, or Pro not showing? In the app go to You, then Settings, then Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Delete your account

In the app: You, then Settings, then Delete account, then hold to confirm. It is immediate and removes your saves, history and account.

Your subscription is managed by Apple or Google: cancel it in your store settings, because deleting the account doesn’t stop store billing.

Can’t sign in? Email support@ninebrains.app from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Report a mistake in a story

We check every story against its sources, and we still want to hear when something looks wrong. In the app, open the story’s Go deeper sheet and tap Report a mistake. Or email us with the story’s title and what you think is off, with a source if you have one. Ink checks every fix.

Change or stop your daily nudge

In the app: You, then Settings, then Reminder. Pick a new time or turn it off. Ink sends one nudge a day at most, and never at night.

Why did my feed stop?

On purpose. Today’s five end with Today complete, and five new stories arrive tomorrow. With Pro you can keep exploring the library after your five.
